Stay fit, have fun, and soak up the Caribbean sunshine. This seven-day fitness retreat combines daily workouts, healthy living, and plenty of time to relax in Punta Cana.

Your mornings begin with fitness sessions tailored to all levels, designed to keep you energized and motivated. Afternoons are yours to enjoy — whether lounging by your villa’s private pool, exploring the beach, or joining optional activities such as spa treatments or cultural tours. A highlight of the week is the cigar and shopping tour, adding a touch of Dominican tradition to your journey.

Choose your perfect stay:

  • A private villa with pool, full kitchen, daily cleaning, and concierge.
  • An all-inclusive resort such as Iberostar Resort, Catalonia Resort, or Meliá, where meals, drinks, and entertainment are included.
  • Or the boutique Ky-Ra Hotel in Bayahibe, designed for travelers who want a holistic retreat atmosphere.

    Private transfers, concierge support, and daily cleaning are included so you can focus entirely on your well-being.

    This package is based on a minimum of six participants. If your group is smaller, we can still arrange the program with a tailored rate adjustment.
