Breathe Underwater — No Certification Required
Most People Look at the Reef From Above
Power Dive lets you get inside it. No certification, no complicated equipment — just an air hose, a mask, and one of the most vibrant coral reefs in the Caribbean right in front of you. This is the tour for anyone who’s always wanted to scuba dive but wasn’t sure where to start. It’s accessible, exhilarating, and by the time you surface, you’ll understand exactly why the underwater world is so addictive.
How Power Diving Works
Power Dive uses a surface-supplied air system — a long flexible hose connects you to a compressor on the boat, delivering continuous air to your regulator. You wear a mask, breathe normally, and move freely along the reef at depths of 3 to 6 meters. Your instructor stays alongside throughout, pointing out marine life and ensuring your comfort. No prior experience needed — the briefing before entry covers everything.
Snorkeling — The Surface Perspective
After the Power Dive session, the tour moves to a second reef location for a classic snorkeling session. Float above the coral gardens and take in the panoramic view of the underwater world from the surface — a natural, complementary perspective to the deeper dive experience. Together, the two activities give you the most complete picture of what lives beneath Punta Cana’s waters.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is Power Dive safe for children?
A: Power Dive is suitable for ages 8 and up who are comfortable in the water. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult throughout the dive. The instructor is with the group at all times.
Q: How deep do you go during a Power Dive?
A: Depth typically ranges from 3 to 6 meters, depending on the reef conditions and participant comfort. Your instructor guides the group to the best depth for visibility and marine life while prioritizing safety.
Q: What if I’m not comfortable in the water?
A: The snorkeling portion is an excellent option if you prefer the surface. For the Power Dive, your instructor can help you find your comfort level gradually — many first-timers are surprised at how naturally it comes. Life vests are available throughout.
